This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ByOrganic ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth below. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of this Policy at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or placement of an order following any such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.


ELIGIBILITY

We accept return requests on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all included materials
  • Free of damage, wear, food residue, or signs of use
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items returned without prior authorization, or items that do not meet the above conditions, may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer's expense, or held without refund at our discretion.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Items marked as final sale, clearance, or promotional
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through misuse, neglect, accident, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items returned after a reasonable time has passed since delivery

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return request, contact us at support@byorganic.store with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your request. We will review the request and, if approved, provide return instructions.

Do not send any items back without first receiving authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and may be discarded without refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.


REFUNDS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will determine eligibility for a refund at our discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider in posting the refund.

Original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, abuse of our return policy, repeated returns, items not matching the original order, or any other circumstance we deem appropriate.


EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item per the process above and place a new order for the desired item.


CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment at our discretion. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled through our standard return process.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, contact us at support@byorganic.store with your order number and photographs documenting the issue. We will evaluate the claim and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, refund, or other resolution.

Claims submitted without supporting documentation or after a reasonable time has passed may not be eligible.

What constitutes a "defect" is determined at our discretion. Variations in color, grain, texture, weight, or appearance that are characteristic of natural wood fiber materials are not considered defects.


CHARGEBACKS

We treat unauthorized chargebacks as a serious matter. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with full documentation and to refuse future service to the customer.

If a chargeback is found in our favor, the customer remains responsible for the original order amount and may be liable for additional administrative or legal fees incurred in disputing the claim.


LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ByOrganic, its owners, employees, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to defective products, returns, refunds, or any other matter covered by this Policy. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order.


DISCLAIMER

Nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
